PLATTER, a leading provider of AI and DX solutions, announced on the 5th that it has secured the AWW Lifestyle Commerce renewal and development project. This project is recognized as another official proof of the technological competitiveness of PLATTER’s AI-powered e-commerce solutions, X2BEE and X2BEE AI.
AWW is a next-generation lifestyle vertical platform that combines content and commerce, connecting brands, creators, and consumers to curate unique shopping experiences. The renewal project stems from AWW’s mid-to-long-term growth strategy initiative conducted in partnership with Deloitte Consulting Korea. Rather than serving as a simple website revamp, it is being driven as a strategic digital transformation project that enhances both brand experience and operational efficiency.
The project will apply PLATTER’s AI-based e-commerce solution, X2BEE. Designed on MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architecture, X2BEE enables stable operations even under heavy traffic and supports fast, flexible scalability. Through this, AWW plans to deliver a consistent shopping experience across PC and mobile channels, expand new features such as live commerce, enhance UX/UI around the customer journey, and improve system stability and maintenance efficiency—ultimately elevating the brand experience.
On the operations side, a template-based back office will be provided to enable even non-developers to easily manage content. Additionally, a dedicated partner office feature for merchants will support future business expansion into a seller-based marketplace model.
Another key element of this project is PLATTER’s proprietary AI solution, X2BEE AI. Leveraging large language model (LLM)-based natural language understanding (NLU) technology, it enables AI-driven recommendations, search, customer behavior analysis, and automated marketing content generation. This allows AWW to offer personalized shopping experiences and operational automation based on customer data, establishing a smart commerce environment that meticulously manages the entire customer journey—from discovery to purchase to return visits.
With this contract, PLATTER once again reaffirmed X2BEE’s proven technical excellence across multiple industries. X2BEE has been successfully deployed in various sectors, including food (Geumcheon Meat), finance (Lotte Card Thing Shop), education (i-Scream Media), healthcare (Osstem Implant), and fashion (Hands Corporation), advancing an industry-specific vertical commerce expansion strategy.
This approach parallels the model of Palantir, which successfully executed pilot projects with leading enterprises in different industries and then expanded across each domain based on accumulated expertise and standardized best practices. Similarly, PLATTER is pursuing a strategy that combines standardization with cross-industry scalability, tailored to each sector’s data structures and business characteristics. X2BEE is evolving beyond a conventional solution into an AI-driven commercial infrastructure that connects digital business across sectors such as retail, manufacturing, education, and finance.
