PLATEER (CEO Lee Sang-hoon), a company specializing in AI and DX solutions, announced on the 13th that it has officially launched a project to upgrade and globally expand ‘Denall Mall,’ operated by global dental company OSSTEM IMPLANT (CEO Kim Hae-sung). ‘Denall Mall’ is an online mall that allows dental clinics and dentists to conveniently and quickly purchase essential products and goods, and it is drawing attention as a next-generation dental e-commerce platform.

This project goes beyond simply improving purchasing functions, aiming to realize digital transformation across the entire domestic and international dental distribution structure and to expand into a global commerce system. In particular, the plan is to establish a commerce platform standard that can encompass OSSTEM IMPLANT’s 37 overseas subsidiaries, while sequentially providing service experiences optimized for the operational characteristics of each country, thereby strengthening OSSTEM IMPLANT’s global competitiveness.

PLATEER’s AI-based e-commerce solution, ‘X2BEE,’ will be applied to the Denall Mall upgrade project. X2BEE features the vertical AI ‘X2BEE AI,’ based on PLATEER’s proprietary Gen AI language model, Polar. As a next-generation MACH-based platform, it is equipped with a microservice-based architecture, API-first design, cloud-native environment, and headless structure, enabling it to stably handle large-scale traffic and offer the flexibility and scalability required for simultaneous global operations.

X2BEE has already been adopted by leading companies in various industries—including Handsome, Geumcheon Meat, Ice Cream Media, and Lotte Card—to accelerate digital transformation. Through this Denall Mall upgrade project, it is expected to set a new standard for commerce platforms in the medical industry.

Notably, X2BEE plans to further enhance platform completeness by integrating AI technology. By introducing AI Code Assistant functionality into the Denall Mall development process, it will significantly improve analysis/design, code automation, test optimization, and documentation efficiency, thereby ensuring both development productivity and quality.

OSSTEM IMPLANT plans to expand Denall Mall’s functions into a platform capable of integrated management of orders, settlement, logistics, and customer support (CS) through this upgrade. Furthermore, it aims to present Denall Mall as a comprehensive solution that supports the work efficiency of medical professionals and dental clinics, and as a global distribution innovation model that combines K-Implant and K-IT technologies.
