PLATEER Announces Q3 2025 Results: Revenue up 17.2% YoY, Driven by AI Commerce Rebound and Expansion of AI CX Business

PLATEER (CEO Sanghoon Lee, KOSDAQ: 367000), a leading provider of AI and digital transformation (DX) solutions, announced its third-quarter 2025 performance on November 14 through a public disclosure.

Cumulative revenue for the third quarter reached 26.7 billion KRW, representing a 17.2% increase year-on-year. Despite continuing to post an operating loss of 6 billion KRW due to sustained R&D investments in its agentic AI platform “X2BEE,” SaaS-based generative AI search solution “genser,” and agentic commerce solution “gelatto,” the company expressed expectations for a turnaround as new AI solution businesses have begun generating revenue.

The AI Commerce business recorded 20.9% year-on-year growth, marking a clear rebound. In addition to revenue from large-scale e-commerce platform development projects, PLATEER supplied its AI-based e-commerce solution “X2BEE” to a major domestic life care company, further diversifying X2BEE’s portfolio. The newly launched agentic AI platform “XGEN,” introduced in September, has attracted strong interest from clients in the distribution and retail sectors. Since launch, it has signed a contract with a major home shopping client and is conducting additional proof-of-concept (PoC) projects with leading companies in the finance, pharmaceutical, and defense industries. PLATEER plans to complete PoC validation within the year and begin offering industry-specific vertical AI solutions in earnest.

The AI CX business also continued its steady growth, posting a 14.8% year-on-year increase in cumulative Q3 revenue. Based on PoC results with leading companies, the SaaS-based generative AI search solution “genser” and agentic commerce solution “gelatto” have been deployed to actual customers, driving revenue growth. The ML/DL-based personalized marketing solution “groobee” also secured new clients, including LF Square (LF Networks), Arket (Hyundai Department Store), and DealPang (MW Holdings).

Following its application to Celltrion Mall, genser has been providing generative AI-powered search services to registered members, contributing to higher sign-up rates and greater search engagement. gelatto, adopted by global cosmetics platform CTKCLIP, achieved early success by increasing chatbot-driven customized product inquiry conversion rates by over 38%. In October, gelatto expanded services to a global luxury automotive brand, accelerating its customer acquisition. The company is also pursuing upselling strategies by introducing genser and gelatto to existing groobee clients, positioning the two as key growth drivers for its 2026 AI CX business.

The digital transformation business maintained its solid trajectory, with cumulative Q3 revenue rising 7.8% year-on-year. The newly added GitLab solution secured a new client in the sports commerce sector and is currently conducting PoC projects with major enterprises in semiconductors, IT, and finance. Despite partial delays in delivery following the Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) contract with Samsung Electronics for Atlassian digital transformation solutions—disclosed on October 27—the business maintained stable growth through Q3. Once ELA solution delivery resumes in Q4, further growth is anticipated.

CEO Sanghoon Lee of PLATEER stated, “Our consistent R&D investments aimed at developing AI solutions that bring innovation across enterprise workflows have started to bear fruit as of the third quarter of 2025.” He continued, “We are conducting PoCs with diverse companies seeking tangible business outcomes through AI, and these initiatives are expected to lead to visible financial results soon. Moving forward, we will actively expand our AI solution business to realize a performance turnaround in 2026 and translate our past investments into measurable outcomes.”
