He delivered a presentation titled “Introducing and Showcasing Agentic AI for Corporate Competitiveness” and conducted a live demonstration of the company’s AI platform, drawing significant attention from participants.

The seminar, co-hosted by the Korea Artificial Intelligence Association and the Korea Industrial Technology Association, was organized as a venue for industry and academic experts to share the latest AI technologies and strategies for industrial application. In his presentation, CTO Nam covered topics including: the size and latest trends of the Agent AI market, Agent AI architecture and implementation methods, industry-specific case studies and PoC results, future development roadmaps, and PLATEER’s innovation strategy with XGEN.

CTO Nam emphasized, “AI has now gone beyond a simple experimental stage to become a core strategic tool for transforming business operating models. Successful AI adoption requires establishing robust data security and governance frameworks.” He also projected that industry-specific, customized agents will be a decisive factor in shaping future market competitiveness.

He then introduced PLATEER’s hybrid AI platform, XGEN, noting, “XGEN delivers customized AI designed to reflect industry regulations and the unique business environments of enterprises, going beyond simple automation to realize tangible business outcomes and competitive advantages.” XGEN is equipped with core technologies, including a domain collection-based document processing engine, agent/Tool Call-centered unified search and connection, and operational/accuracy enhancement loops. It also provides scalability and reliable operation across hybrid and on-premise environments.

Alongside this, PLATEER showcased successful deployments of customized AI services built on XGEN across a variety of industries, including education and IT services, such as AI search, consultation analysis, code assistants, and multimodal RAG editors.

Concluding his presentation, CTO Nam stated, “Agent AI has already established itself as a practical tool for business innovation. Through XGEN, PLATEER will continue to support customers in adopting AI more quickly and securely, and proactively present the changes that Agent AI will generate across diverse industries.”

With this announcement, PLATEER reaffirmed its plans to accelerate digital transformation in industrial fields as a leading innovator in AI, while driving sustainable growth and strengthening competitiveness together with its customers.
