AI and DX specialized company PLATEER (CEO Sang-Hoon Lee) announced on the 22nd the launch of its enterprise-customized AI development and operations platform XGEN. XGEN is an all-in-one platform that covers Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI workflow design, large language model (LLM) integration and operations, performance monitoring, and deployment. Through this launch, PLATEER aims to effectively resolve the complex technical and operational barriers faced by businesses adopting AI and to support the creation of rapid results.

XGEN lowers the barriers to AI adoption through: ▲ Development of enterprise-customized AI services ▲ Provision of scalable and flexible LLMOps ▲ Integration with diverse data sources and RAG configuration ▲ Implementation of stable and efficient operating systems Based on this flexible integration environment, XGEN also provides strong value to partners such as developers and system integrators (SIs) that implement AI technologies.

The platform supports both cloud and on-premises environments, and with enterprise-grade security and governance systems such as data encryption and access control, it can be stably introduced even in highly regulated industries such as public institutions and finance. By leveraging RAG technology, enterprises can store and train their internal data within a vector database to build AI services optimized to real business contexts.

Ease of development is also a strength. With the web-based visual canvas editor, companies can easily design complex AI workflows by drag-and-drop, and the completed workflows can be immediately applied to chat services or quickly integrated into existing systems through APIs. In particular, by organically combining diverse Model Context Protocol (MCP) nodes, enterprises can freely expand capabilities to match their requirements, and various databases and external APIs can also be connected as nodes to flexibly integrate existing systems with new functions.

XGEN’s LLMOps, based on a scalable and flexible architecture, supports not only leading public models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and EXAONE, but also open-source models such as DeepSeek, Qwen3, and Gemma3, enabling the development of specialized private language models. Enterprises can select the optimal combination among on-premises, public, and hybrid approaches depending on their security, cost, and performance needs.

In addition, XGEN supports building advanced LLMs using approximately 480 million Korean-language data points and specific domain datasets. With customized fine-tuning, it is possible to implement vertical domain-specialized LLMs that precisely reflect Korean linguistic context and industry characteristics.

From an operations perspective, XGEN also provides strong advantages. The entire process—from model training to deployment and monitoring—is automated, reducing development cycles and minimizing errors. Performance dashboards provide real-time monitoring, and user feedback loops enable continuous service quality improvement.

PLATEER has already completed successful PoCs based on XGEN across various industries, and has developed multimodal AI learning functions optimized for Korean enterprises. This has achieved over 90% accuracy in traditionally difficult areas of unstructured data processing, such as charts and graphics. These results have attracted significant attention in the industry.

Jin Byung-Kwon, Head of PLATEER’s ECS Business Division, stated:
“XGEN is a platform that eliminates the technical and operational hurdles businesses face when adopting AI, and enables practical business innovation through customized AI. Going forward, we will continue to advance the technology and expand its application across diverse industries including manufacturing, retail, finance, and the public sector.”
