AI and DX solution specialist PLATEER (CEO Lee Sang-hoon) announced its participation in the "SMEs & Mid-cap Corporate Day," the second day of 'KOSDAQ CONNECT 2025,' held at the KRX Seoul headquarters’ PR hall and conference hall from July 1 to 3. This event brings together major industry figures, including KOSDAQ-listed companies, institutional investors, venture capital (VC) firms, and securities industry professionals, providing a platform for enhancing corporate value and invigorating the capital market.
In particular, the second day is focused on promising companies recognized for their growth potential and competitiveness, such as KOSDAQ Rising Stars and companies featured in research reports published by the Korea Listed Companies Association’s Corporate Research Center. PLATEER is also highly regarded as a company expected to thrive based on its innovative technology and growth potential. Its participation is especially meaningful as it has been recognized by relevant institutions and the market.
Recently, PLATEER has been showcasing the technological capabilities of its AI-based e-commerce solution 'X2BEE' externally. X2BEE is a solution powered by its proprietary generative AI language model 'Polar' and vertical AI 'X2BEE AI.' It has recently secured projects such as the advanced upgrade of 'Denall Mall,' operated by Osstem Implant, and the global expansion of dental e-commerce, rapidly entering various industries and earning market trust.
The AI-driven personalized marketing solution 'groobee' provides customer data analysis, real-time personalized targeting, and automated campaign optimization, contributing to increased marketing efficiency and customer loyalty. PLATEER has secured leading brand clients in the fashion and skincare industries, achieving record subscription revenues. Recently, it has also collaborated with various industry clients such as Jeju Air, earning recognition for tangible results.
Generative AI search solution 'genser,' introduced earlier this year, and generative AI chatbot 'gelatto' are also attracting attention. genser sets a new standard for conversational search by rapidly recommending products optimized for customers’ styles and situations based on natural language understanding. gelatto is a chatbot that enables seamless customer service and marketing by implementing search, consultation, and recommendation functions in a natural conversational format, further accelerating innovation in AI-based customer experience.
In addition, the full-scale supply of the ITSM solution 'Matilda,' launched in April, has begun, raising expectations for revenue growth and profitability improvement. Matilda ensures stability by applying proven workflows, reducing ITSM implementation costs by up to 50% and speeding up the process by more than twofold.
Sang-hoon Lee, CEO of PLATEER, stated, “Through participation in KOSDAQ CONNECT 2025, we plan to actively communicate our company’s technological capabilities, growth potential, and global competitiveness to institutional investors and analysts.” He also emphasized, “We will continue to grow in both domestic and international markets based on our accumulated technology and achievements in the AI and DX fields.” Furthermore, he expressed his ambition, “Through innovative solutions such as X2BEE, groobee, genser, gelatto, and Matilda, we will collaborate with clients across various industries and leap forward as a digital platform leader that realizes our customers’ business outcomes.”
