AI and DX solutions specialist PLATEER (CEO Sang‑Hoon Lee) announced that it successfully held its IDT Division’s customer conference, “DT Insight 2026,” on December 4 at The Westin Seoul Parnas in Samseong‑dong, Gangnam‑gu, Seoul. The event was designed to share insights with key clients on how rapidly advancing AI technologies are reshaping and accelerating corporate digital transformation strategies.

Under the theme “DT Accelerated by AI,” more than 80 IT strategy executives and representatives from major clients, including Hyundai Motor Company, Samsung SDS, and SK AX, attended the conference. Following a welcoming address by CEO Sang‑Hoon Lee, the event featured five presentation sessions covering diverse topics such as DevOps and IT Service Management (ITSM).

In particular, Team Leader Eun‑Ju Lee and Professional Sung‑Min Jung from the IDT Division captivated the audience with presentations that integrated Agentic AI—a rising topic in the industry—into solutions from Tricentis and Atlassian.
Lee’s session, titled “The Future of AI‑Based Next‑Generation Testing,” provided an in‑depth look at changes in the TestOps paradigm, along with the key features and expected benefits of the latest Tricentis AI.

Jung introduced an advanced ITSM approach that realizes AIOps‑driven incident management through Atlassian’s Rovo AI and Jira Service Management, encompassing a broader concept of a “System of Work.”
Both sessions offered practical insights into how AI‑based automation and operational efficiency can be applied directly to DevOps and IT service management, drawing strong interest from attendees.

Jae‑Woong Jang, Head of the IDT Division, commented,“AI disrupts business environments in unpredictable ways while simultaneously offering opportunities that accelerate growth. Building on our successful signing of an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) with Samsung Electronics for Atlassian’s digital transformation solutions, PLATEER is intensifying efforts to address the surging domestic demand for DT and AX solutions. In 2026, we plan to deliver deeply integrated, innovative digital transformation solutions powered by our outstanding team of specialized engineers.”

Meanwhile, PLATEER provides comprehensive services—including consulting, IT infrastructure implementation, training, and coaching—for companies advancing digital transformation. As a key Korean partner of Atlassian, Perforce, Tricentis, and GitLab, the company has successfully executed digital transformation projects for major enterprises such as Samsung Electronics, SK hynix, Hanmi Semiconductor, and Musinsa, establishing a strong leadership position in the domestic market for digital transformation solution supply and services.
