AI and digital transformation (DX) solution specialist PLATEER (CEO: Sanghoon Lee) announced on the 18th that it has provided its AI-powered personalized marketing solution ‘groobee’ to Jeju Air. With this implementation, groobee is now enabling precise customer journey mapping and real-time personalized communication through the Jeju Air app, boosting marketing efficiency and strengthening long-term customer relationships.

 

groobee is a SaaS-based solution that offers an integrated suite of features required for personalized marketing. It analyzes customer behavior using real-time big data processing and AI engines powered by machine learning and deep learning, automating the entire process from targeting and recommendations to performance analysis.

 

In particular, groobee offers a customer journey-based messaging feature tailored for the airline industry, seamlessly connecting each stage from booking to boarding in real time. It detects when a customer abandons the journey and automatically transforms it into a marketing opportunity. This enables precise communication based on the customer's current situation, rather than sending generic, repetitive messages.
