Digital platform specialist PLATEER (CEO Sanghoon Lee) announced on the 23rd that it will participate in the World IT Show 2025 (WIS 2025), held from April 24 to 26 at COEX in Samseong-dong, Seoul. At the exhibition, PLATEER will unveil its AI and Digital Transformation (DX) technologies, presenting a wide range of domain-specific solutions. The company aims to spotlight solutions built on cutting-edge AI innovations and deep domain expertise, with a focus on maximizing clients' business performance.

 

PLATEER will demonstrate its core offerings across AI Commerce, AI Customer Experience (CX), and Digital Transformation, providing live demos and on-site consultations to showcase their value in real-world applications.

 

In the AI Commerce sector, PLATEER will highlight its proprietary generative AI technologies optimized for e-commerce. The company-developed ‘Polar’ is a small language model(sLLM) tailored for the e-commerce domain, delivering precise search and response capabilities while ensuring data privacy. Also being unveiled is ‘PolarOps,’ a platform that streamlines training and operations across various foundation models, enabling enterprises to build custom AI services aligned with their needs. Additionally, PLATEER will present its AI-driven e-commerce platform ‘X2BEE,’ which features AI Search, AI Chatbot, and AI Code Assistant designed to transform customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

 

In the AI CX domain, PLATEER will showcase its AI personalization solution ‘groobee,’ generative AI search engine ‘genser,’ and generative AI chatbot ‘gelatto.’

groobee’ supports the entire personalization journey—from customer segmentation to recommendations and messaging—leveraging real-time data and AI. genser’ sets a new standard in conversational search, offering product suggestions tailored to individual preferences and contexts through natural language understanding. gelatto’ provides an integrated experience of search, consultation, and recommendation via natural, conversational interactions, supporting both customer engagement and marketing initiatives.

 

For Digital Transformation, PLATEER will introduce its DevOps toolchain enhanced with AI and a specialized solution for enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM). The DevOps offering is built on globally competitive technology to support successful digital transformation. At the center of this lineup is ‘Matilda,’ PLATEER’s ITSM solution that embodies the company’s extensive project experience and development expertise. Built on the latest ITIL4 framework and optimized for domestic environments through Atlassian JSM, Matilda integrates automated approval workflows and connects seamlessly with DevOps environments, establishing a new benchmark in enterprise service management.

 

In addition to showcasing its solutions, PLATEER will host various events at its booth. All visitors who scan a response barcode will receive a reusable bag, and those who participate in an on-site survey will be entered into a raffle to win one Galaxy Tab S10 FE (1 winner) and three Galaxy Buds 3 Pro (3 winners).
