▶ Anticipates Additional Discovery of New Digital Transformation Projects

AI and Digital Transformation (DX) solution specialist PLATEER (CEO: Sanghoon Lee) announced on the 27th that it has signed a contract to supply digital transformation solutions to Samsung Electronics for three years in collaboration with Samsung SDS. The contract is valued at 29.4 billion won. However, digital transformation solution revenue will be reflected in the financial statements on a net basis, excluding purchase costs, in accordance with Korean International Financial Reporting Standards (K-IFRS).

This contract is a long-term supply agreement spanning three years, from August 2025 to July 2028. Through this, PLATEER will strengthen its position as a digital transformation solution supplier partner within Samsung Electronics while also anticipating mid-to-long-term growth opportunities, such as expanding services to other group companies.

Additionally, PLATEER plans to leverage this collaboration to identify various digital transformation projects and enhance corporate value by creating new business opportunities.
